Orders sent to Canada are shipped either by Purolator, Dicom, Canada Post, or Xpresspost, at Fromagex's discretion. All orders shipped to Canada will be charged federal and provincial taxes.
Orders sent to the USA are shipped either by USPS (USA STD), Xpresspost or Fedex ground (USA ground XP), or Fedex Air. All orders shipped to the USA and to international destinations are not subject to Canadian taxes. However, they are all subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Because Fromagex is unable to provide the amount of those additional fees, recipients must have to pay them at the reception of their parcel or an invoice of those fees will be forwarded to them.
All shipping fees are to be paid by the clients, and are proportional to the amount of the order, and/or to the weight and volume of this one as well as the distance encountered. Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day, depending on the availability of products. All items are packed and shipped with the highest attention to ensure safe delivery of your products. Delivery in rural or isolated areas may take longer. Please take note that delivery delays may vary depending on the carrier, and that these delays are given as information only. Note that Fromagex is not responsible for loses, damages, or other incidents once the package(s) are taken in charge by the carrier. All packages are insured for a value of 100$CAD. However, it is possible to purchase additional insurance via Fromagex.Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products and destinations.
