Shipping

Origin: We ship from Rimouski or Montréal, QC and Peetaluma, CA

Packaging: Packaging is included in our shipping fees.

Insurances: We insure the merchandise until acceptation at the destination point. Please read our Return page for more detail about claims and returns.

Cut off time for same day shipping of an order: We are shipping orders around 15h00 EST Monday to Friday. Orders received before noon usually ships the same day providing that everything is in stock. Please ask our customer service for a special delivery service or any urgent shipment.

Shipping methods: We ship using the main carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) with ground service and we select the appropriate one regarding the destination, shorter transit time and lower cost. We also ship using existing clients account with carriers upon request. Additional fees may apply for special transport (bus, airfreight, etc). Please ask our customer service for shipping options. Order processing may take up to 2 working days.

Transit times

Quebec-Ontario: 1-3 days
Elsewhere in Canada: 4-7 days
USA East: 2-3 days
USA Central: 3-4 days
USA West: 1-3 days

Note: The transit time begins on the first day after which the package leaves our warehouse. Please note delay may vary in remote areas.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges will be added to the invoice of all orders and will be calculated from the shipping method, weight, dimensions and also the delivery location.

We select the best shipping method to offer our customers a competitive price while making sure of a safe delivery for your products.

Standard parcel (box): ( max volume of 179 500 cm3, max weight of 30 kg ) :

Shipping cost of a standard box is generally between 35$ to 55$, depends on origin and destination.

Orders shipped on skids:
Maximum skid dimensions: 110 x 122 x 244 cm and 1000 kg ( 40 x 48 x 96’’ and 2 200lbs ).
